AOH were absolutely fantastic last night. Great set of songs from both albums. Wish I has the set list. High energy. Funny in between song banter. Sound was ideal. And a bunch of songs were played acoustic. That's what I especially loved - the set was so varied. They're not a one trick band, where all the songs sound the same, one after another. Definitely not to be missed at Summerstage this weekend. Anyone got pics of last night???

AoH and Memphis were both great last night. I haven't seen Torquil Campbell up that close since 2001. Andrew Whiteman is much more talkative when Kevin Drew isn't hogging the spotlight.

It was fantastic - AOH reminded me why I love to go see live music at small venues. The Mercury Lounge was pretty empty giving enough space to breathe and dance - it practically felt like a private show. The new songs sounded amazing, there was a lot of kooky chatter from Andrew and the closer (Sleepwalking Ballad) almost brought me to tears. I brought some friends who had never heard them before and they couldn't stop raving - Julian, the bassist even gave one of my friends a hug after the show. Awww...

Memphis is one of the worst opening bands I've ever seen. How everyone resisted the urge to throw a bottle at their lead singer I have no idea.

Wow, could not disagree more.
Just saw Memphis last week in Toronto at NXNE and they were incredible.
Kevin's album cover, on the other hand...
Dear god let's hope that is not final artwork.

Does anyone have the set list to the show at the filmore in San Francisco on October 29, 2007? Please post if so, it was a great show a mix of Spirit If... as well as some of BSS's best songs, Cause=Time was the highlight for me and the second song of a great freaking show.
