VIDEO: Arctic Monkeys - 'Fluorescent Adolescent'

‘Fluorescent Adolescent’ is the second single to be taken from ‘Favourite Worst Nightmare’ . The lyrical narration is supported by a striking video directed by Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd/Nathan Barley) , starring Stephen ‘Scummy Man’ Graham (Snatch/Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels) and a rather scary bunch of clowns.

oh please, kings of leon were so weak last night, first of all they didnt even finish some songs they just flowed into the next, they didnt jam at all, they drew probably the worst crowd ive seen since i was 13 at warped tour, it was all frat heads and jocks there and KOL did not look happy to be there

This is one of their catchiest songs and one of the best on the album. I love the Monkeys but this vid sucksssss - the song makes me happy but the vid makes me sad

i was there, but the band wasnt at its best...they just didnt have it, ive seen them 2 times each at bonnaroo and they were 10x better

Video sucks, but this song is pretty amazing.

They should've done a legit video that represents the song - about an older woman who's past her prime - and have Helen Mirren in it. Result!
