whatever, you can slag him off, but that doesn't stop the fact that the Libertines were undoubtedly one of the greater bands of the last decade ('97-'07)

all of them are incredible. both of their CDs (The Libertines/Up the Bracket) are incredible, with "Up the Bracket" being one of the Top 5 Albums of the last decade surely.
and if you're going to argue this, or talk about how pete doherty is a smackhead mess, at least listen to is music first.
he's famous for a reason, and his fame came much before his smack and crack addictions.

does anyone know how to get a hold of pete dorethys demo album before he joined the libertines? I`ve heared it ones and loved it . it was this acustic guitar and a lovely voice. one of the songs you can allso find in one of the libertines' album. Anyone have a clue what to search for..
