Bowery Presents expands its empire into Union Pool on July 17th with a show by UK sensation - and friend of dangerous criminals - Jamie T. The show will have one opener, and is going to be acoustic. Tickets are on sale.

illinois's lead singer has a great voice and, musically, put on a good show. too bad he had to ruin it by saying some homophobic shit. his insensitivity masked as funny-guy-self-effacement and the crowd's encouragement of it, really pissed me off.
luckily, jamie t's performance was excellent.
