Dresden Doll Amanda Palmer in NYC w/ Aberdeen City
You've seen her do "Creep". You've seen her do Beth Ditto with "Creep" I mean "Creep" with Beth Ditto. Now you can see 1/2 of the Dresden Dolls do Mercury Lounge on July 28th with Aberdeen City. It's four days after the other half of the Dresden Dolls does Joe's Pub.

who the hell is aberdeen city?

Aberdeen City is an incredible band from boston. They were touring wtih elefant and electric six last year. Honestly they're one the best live acts I've ever seen and their debut album is awesome. I'm so pissed this is at mercury lounge (21+...). They sound sorta like if interpol and early radiohead had a baby who listened to noise rock in the womb.

I used to go to high school with the guitar player from Aberdeen City. I am not overly familiar with their music, but he has always been an amazing guitar player.

aberdeen city is one of the crappiest bands i've ever seen. take my word for it. they suck.
