The other new video that has new Smashing Pumpkins playing behind the Transformers trailer is HERE.
The costumes you see in the above video are also what Billy and crew are wearing at their live shows.

The first half of the CD is decent, the rest is pure crap. Not the same without James and D'arcy

Boring and contrived not to mention formulaic

Corgan and Farrell should form a "super group" and be this decades "Damn Yankees".

he should have stuck with zwan. ran into inha on the street, he told me that both him and d'arcy hate corgan.

I actually like the new album.
And Siamese Dream is better
than Gish.
It just is.
All the rest is pretty much garbage.

Ya know guys and gal's, all things considered...this is a good album.
Doesn't touch their first three, arguably four if your an Adore fan.
But better then Machina and any post Pumpkins Corgan project.
Its pretty heavy, and has some good riffs in there. Only complaint is is he kinda barrels through, not too many loud/soft dynamics. But in today's music climate, it probably would come off as more Panic at the Disco then Pumpkins in our ears since that's basically mainstream rock in 2007

i'm glad billy is trying to prove he's not rascist by sharing the chorus with token diversity.

Re blipster/token minority report/ridiculous comment:
Um, what is "billy is trying to prove he's not rascist by sharing..." supposed to mean? Oh, right, Billy's racist ... you can tell because he's NEVER had ANY non-whites in any band he's ever fronted.
Like that ultra Anglo guy, the original SP lead guitarist, what's his name? Oh, James Iha, right. Or the two lilies in Zwan, Paz & David.
Methinks that YOU'RE thinking of the wrong band? I suggest you double check your facts and ... eh, fuck it, forget it.
Since you've never even listened to (much less seen) dem Pumpkins, Zwan, or Billy solo, why don't you just be slithering on your way to some other discussion where you might find a subject you do know something about?
Billy, Jimmy, etal--you ROCK! Thank you for this album & tour! ~Tamara

Another mediocre album from Corgan, no matter what name he's releasing it under. Sad, as if you take the last 4 albums he's put out (Machina, the Zwan album, his solo album & this new one), then you might have a pretty good one, but that's over how many years? He hasn't been part of a decent album since Adore, and hasn't released a great one since Siamese Dream. Yet, when they come back, I'll still probably go see them live.

This isn't the smashing pumpkins. You can tell because in the real band the male guitarist is prettier than the female bassist.

i love billy. and i'm digging this album so far... it would have been a great solo album for him.
in other words, this shouldn't have been relased as a pumpkins album without james and d'arcy. the pumpkins are forever dead and that's the only truth that honors their legacy.
