AMIINA CANCEL TOUR

In a statement released to fans via their website this morning Icelandic quartet and Ever Records signing Icelandic Quartet AMIINA ( Sólrún Sumarlidadóttir, María Sigfúsdóttir, Edda Olafsdottir and Hildur Ársælsdóttir) revealed that they are canceling their sixteen city US tour slated to start next week.

" We are very sorry to inform you that due to illness within the band, we have had to postpone our North American tour scheduled to start in Washington DC next week. We obviously didn't want this to happen and are very disappointed, but we will soon be over before you know it! Thank you to those who have already bought tickets. Please go to the point of purchase for a full refund."

The band aim to reschedule the tour for Spring 2008 following more time back in the studio and their touring commitments in Europe and the Far East.
