Just two days after I posted my first Black Moth Super Rainbow post (MP3s & tour dates included), they announced this:
Graveface, in conjunction with Black Moth Super Rainbow's own The 70's Gymnastics Recording Co. is pleased to announce the reissue of the first two, currently out-of-print, albums by Black Moth Super Rainbow. Both albums will hit stores on October 23rd with revised cover art and featuring unreleased bonus tracks.The albums are called Start A People and Falling Through A Field, and a sampling of what you will find on them can be downloaded above.

black moth also played a mind-bending set at sound fix in wburg, saturday afternoon. at the end, they received thunderous, persisent applause from a crowd that got more than they bargained for. wow!

Can you tell that the drummer is missing at the Seaport show? She just never showed up. It was terrible.

Yea, that was unfortunate she couldn't make it to Seaport...
She is my female favorite drummer in any band right now, her style and techniques are far beyond an lanky 21 year old hipster drummer. Her efforts were definitely missed : (

wow, far beyond any lanky 21 yr old hipster drummer? if you like her soo much you should of compared her to someone with anything that might be credible. I think she's amazing and your probably just fat. i wish i could of said it in a kinder way.
