i filled one out last week at mccarren park in person! no smoking please in the pool or park and no bikes allowed on mccarren park track!

You know what? I do. As rife as it is with fodder for humor, I think on the whole its a big winner. Teddy Rock Star and the Beasties may have solidified it.
