I don't know anyone that hates on Muse. That band has been consistently rocking it for years.
Cold War Kids on the other hand is a big waste of time.

Yeah, even the people I know that aren't MUSE fans, admit they can't help dig "Knights of Cydonia" or "Map of the Problematique" once in a while. MUSE rock. CWK are alright, there could be worse opening bands IMO.

Add me to that list. Over the weekend a geek friend of mine showed me an amateur music video made up of anime clips that was set to Muse's Map of the Problematique -- and i was blown away. I will give Muse a second listen now..

MUSE owned it last night... how many bands can pull off a show like that at a jam-packed MSG? Kinda reminds be of being at a U2 show back in the day... and yes that's a compliment. CWKs were aight but aren't really cut out for rocking arenas...

I have been to A LOT of great shows this year. CWK at Union Hall was hands down my favorite.
