It's not relevant but isn't CMJ from Oct 16 to Oct 20?

Another solid outing from the Cloud Cult this past Saturday at BB. I really dig the onstage action painting. That's an idea more bands might want to incorporate into their stage show. I suppose a variation on the "making art to the music" idea might be to have a sculptor onstage, or a carpenter designing and assembling a piece of furniture.

Craig mentioned that the New York audiences always give the band the warmest reception (awww...) and also that he and his wife are shortly going to begin work on making a baby. Maybe he didn't need to tell us that last bit.

Land o'Talk were also spot on and equally well received. The EP songs still sound good and the new tunes are shaping up, sounding better than they even did a couple months back at Summerstage.

"also that he and his wife are shortly going to begin work on making a baby. Maybe he didn't need to tell us that last bit."

I know what you mean, but it's actually kind of relevant - I mean, half his songs are about his baby son who died, and I've wondered if he would ever try to have another child. So I really hope things work out for them this time.

Maybe they could make a baby during the show as live theatre? No? Sounds good in theory, at least.
