I was wondering when tickets went on sale.

Pricey! Are these with a full band?

Anyone know how the sight lines are in this place? How far back are the loges/balconies?

I was thinking about getting the $86 tickets
(I'm assuming the upper loge section). Anybody know how these seats are?

Thanks. Really excited for Neil

Ticket prices are so fucking ridiculous these days. 186 for Neil Young? No thanks.

thats actually reasonable compared to the last 2 Neil tours at the Garden and Radio City and its with CRAZY HORSE!!!! no greendale war bullshit

Posted by Anonymous | September 24, 2007 7:40 PM

Actually it is not with Crazy Horse. The only member from Crazy Horse performing is Ralph Molina.

Posted by Adam | September 24, 2007 7:46 PM

wait, i thought ralph was the only member of the horse on the record, but that the tour would be full horse.

To follow up AZ's question about the United Palace Theater: Might it be worthwhile to go instead to Wallingford, CT (where is it, anyway?) to see the concert at the Chevrolet Theater there on December 7?

I wonder how much cheaper the tickets would be if a copy of Neil Young's new album weren't included with purchase.

Posted by Anonymous | September 24, 2007 9:02 PM

will it sell out?

Posted by Anonymous | September 25, 2007 12:23 AM

honestly at least the artist is gonna get the money and it'll deter scalpers. would you rather scalpers buy up all those tickets and then people will have to pay them that and not the band.

"Chrome Dreams II ... Recorded last summer in Northern California, musicians include Ben Keith (pedal steel guitar, dobro and other instruments), Ralph Molina (drums) and Rick Rosas (bass), who will be performing with Young on the tour."

so no, not crazy horse.

I absolutely love Neil Young, but how can he do this run of shows with LiveNation as the promoter. It goes against everything he believes in. He's feeding the corporation. Neil, please put your money where your mouth is.

to anon 7:40

the "greendale war bullshit" that you are referring to WAS with CrazyHorse, and the tickets weren't nearly as pricy at RadioCity as they are for this show. (and that show was fucking fantastic!)

in addition, RadioCity is a FAR superior venue to UnitedPalace, who really cannot seem to get their shit together. is this BoweryPresents? i thought they were done working with UnitedPalace?

re: "...TICKET PRICES: $186.00, $106.00, $86.00, & $61.00...", nukin' futz. neil needs how much? i'd rather check out molina's magnolia electric company eight times and still have boku $ to buy beer - and see an equally good performance (8 x's).

The word is "beaucoup," you ignoramus.

Posted by Pepe le Peu | October 1, 2007 8:41 PM

ralph molina and jason molina are not the same person....

to peepee lay pew (sic) 10/1/07 @ 8:41: your ethocentricity is showing i.e., "boku" is filipino slang, meaning "lots of". "beaucoup" is french meaning very much. a distinction with a difference. you need to get out more. to anon 10/2/8:07 (in my best j carson's sidekick 2nd bananna ed mcmahon impersonation "right you are sir". astral love boys. fny.
