DOWNLOAD: Swervedriver - Girl on a Motorbike (MP3)


"U.K. rock act Swervedriver will reunite for a worldwide 2008 tour after a nearly decade-long hiatus. Dates and other details have yet to be announced." [Billboard]

In the meantime, front-man Adam Franklin has been keeping busy, and is playing Mercury Lounge in NYC on October 28th.

He is also playing on 12/19 (Mercury) with Sam of Interpol in a band called The Setting Suns.

I saw Swervedriver their last time (I guess) time thru down @ Mercury Lounge supporting 99th Dream. Honestly, I was a bity dissappointed, but then again, I just wanted to hear "Raise" in its entirety....

Swervedriver reuniting. This is the best news all week! With the exception of Pavement and the Dead Milkmen, this pretty much completes my wish list of my favorite bands from gowing up reuniting. Good stuff.
