hey wfmu people -- any idea about set times? no way i'd be able to get to southpaw before 10:30 or 11 pm, so i'm wondering whether i would still be able to catch a couple of the bands. (simply saucer!!!)

Of Montreal killed it. They even made Roseland to sound good. So many teenagers. What are they going to play next? Hammerstein? Crazy.

of Montreal absolutely killed, you are right. New stage show, varied setlist (older material) and even some new stuff. Kevin and B.P. in absolutely top form.

Big problem: Worst. Crowd. Ever.
Hey, 17 year old girls from Jersey. Its a fucking concert, put away the text messages for a minute and see a band! At one point I counted SIX people within 10 feet of me staring down at their phones texting.

Agreed about the crowd. PLus, I saw at least 5 under 21 year olds being helped out by their friends. It's a concert - not your 21st fucking birthday.

Only complaint about the setlist: I would have liked to hear THe Past is a Grotesque Animal.
