Kristeen Youn has been spotted at the Hammerstein this morning so unless she was there to gather her things and leave, she is tonight's support.

Posted by Anonymous | October 26, 2007 1:23 PM

wow. those daft punk set time jokes are really funny still.

Posted by Anonymous | October 26, 2007 1:43 PM

The Brunettes? YAWN!

Posted by Anon | October 26, 2007 1:57 PM

Scout Niblett! Hoorah!

Posted by Anonymous | October 26, 2007 2:14 PM

Daft Punk set time is not a joke. They are playing Vegoose in Vegas. And after witnessing the rapture that was their Coney Island show, I am very very sad that I will not be there to reclaim my sweet sweet salvation.

No not exaggerating. If you were there (and on mushrooms) you would understand.

ps Private afterparty in my kitchen sink.

isn't there some kind of open bar thing for union pool later tonight?

I saw Locksley and The Bravery at a FujiFilm camera release industry type party last night. Locksley killed it, but the Bravery were just alright. Apparently the dudes from Duran Duran were there though. It was at Irving (or the Fillmore, whatever). Unfortunately, being that Fuji threw the party to celebrate the release of their newest camera, we weren't allowed to bring personal cameras in...so no pics. Good times though, especially when I got home later that night and the guys from Art Brut were dressed like Daft Punk and performing in the vestibule of my building.

Here's what I noticed at the Shout Out Louds show at the Music Hall tonight: the more Cure-ish the song, the better it was live.

Set list, pictures, descriptions and accounts:

Having never heard them until tonight, the Shout Out Louds show was amazing. I'm hooked, and I'm so glad there were tickets at the door (when the girl at the Merc Lounge box office said there wouldn't be).
