Go to a bookstore, buy the Jim Walsh book,The Replacements All Over But The Shouting: An Oral History, and find out what a real band is all about.

Or go to a Go! Team show. You don't even need to read.

Tsk, tsk -- for shame, not listing Marcellus Hall, performing solo and fer frickin' free at Pete's Candy Store on Saturday; I was visitng your fair city, took stock of the happenings, proceeded there ... Tiger Saw also (and Nicholas Africanus? some such -- didn't see).
Marce was great, testing some new tunes even, not just a one-man reprise of past Railroad Jerk/White Hassle glories ...
Fun afterwards watching the remainder of the World Series G3 on bar flat screen and talking ball with a guy in a Mets shirt. I'm a Phillies fan, I noted. He groaned, a look of pain passing over his face. I felt a mixture of sympathy and ... pleasure. Maybe ... 20%/80%?
