how to get music videos for your iPod or Zune

What are the best ways/places to download music videos?

I use a mac program called TubeSock that rips videos from YouTube and converts them for playback on iPods, iTunes, PSPs, etc.
The quality is average but perfect for the iPod's 3" screen.

incidentally, it will also convert any other flash videos (.flv) you have as well.

Antville.org usually has some interesting stuff, but the formats vary so you may need to use a third party conversion app (see above) to watch them on your player.
