Not really. Kevin Shields can't get a visa do to prior arrests in the UK. He can't get in the USA.

With the money to be made regarding this reunion (MBV at Coachella alone, if it happens), I'm sure there are people working on fixing any visa issues that Kevin might have as we speak.
