"Remember personal info" now fixed + tech help needed

Remember Personal Info

The "remember personal info' feature on this site hasn't actually worked for at least a year. Now it does (yay!). That means repeat commenters (that choose not to be anonymous) don't have to do as much typing. That also means that people have less reason to stay anonymous. If you comment a lot, pick a name!

On a related note, if you think you have what it takes to get "tags" working on this website (currently they go to nowhere), please contact me. Thanks!
