Thank you for setting your people back another 30 years.

One woman has the power to set an entire race of people back 30 years? Man, she's got some serious clout.

She's only making herself look bad. It's amazing what some people will do for fame and a fast buck.

BV, why post this? You are on the verge of losing me...

"BV, why post this? You are on the verge of losing me..."

wow, then you'll have no BV or sense of humor.

I can't stop listening to it.

Posted by Anonymous | November 24, 2007 1:17 PM

Excuse me, but I would like to request that BV only posts serious topics from now on. Nothing funny or lighthearted, please.

If you all haven't checked out Feist's cover of this song on her latest EP you are really missing out. Of course she change the lyrics a little (Smell Yo Dick Ya Hoser)

Posted by hipster replacement | November 24, 2007 7:00 PM

it's racist to assume that this one woman should have to represent all of "her people." thanks for the post.

Posted by nick | November 24, 2007 9:01 PM

ok, are you joking about feist? i was all excited.

"Thank you for setting your people back another 30 years"

I should've made this clear, but "her people" are in fact "my people" too, and the point was...this is embarassing. To people that watch too much tv or spend too much time on blogs, this in fact is a set back.

If you know the difference, then you should see my point.

Posted by Anonymous | November 25, 2007 7:59 PM

Hey Anonymous 7:59, "her people" are "my people," too. But I feel absolutely no embarassment over this because it wasn't me who made that song and video. The only blacks who would be embarassed by this are those who care what whites and others think of them...and frankly, I don't.

Posted by Gina Gemini | November 25, 2007 10:05 PM

if you think about "smell yo dick" in the literal sense...that's pretty darn gross.

Posted by Anonymous | November 25, 2007 11:57 PM

my dick smells nice

Posted by su | November 26, 2007 12:20 PM

i love they way dicks smell. yum yum yummy.

Posted by Anonymous | November 26, 2007 12:22 PM

You don't find that offensive? You don't find that sexist?

Posted by Bobbi Flekman | November 26, 2007 12:35 PM

What time does Daft Punk smell yo dick?

Posted by Anonymous | November 26, 2007 12:40 PM

CAN SOMEBODY PLZ POST THA LYRICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by DD | November 26, 2007 10:09 PM

she does have a point: the best way to determine whether your boyfriend is cheating is to smell his dick shortly after he's been out at the club

Posted by Anonymous | November 26, 2007 10:30 PM

I would hope the guy would wash his dick after he's done plowing away.

Posted by Anonymous | November 29, 2007 1:09 AM

well, if your man comes home from a club at 5am w/ his dick smelling all fresh like he's just taken a shower, that's almost as much reason for suspicion as if it had reeked of sweet poontang.

Posted by om | November 29, 2007 11:57 AM

quality song right there....i have it on repeat.

30 Years? did WE actually set out people back all these years. I mean, an educated person might reason why this is happening, but since you are not, you think this way. if it wasnt for greedy people, we wouldnt have to do this to make it somehwere in life. look at the history of white supremacy and how it shaped and modified the behavior of blacks. Feel the guilt and educate yourself before you begin to judge my people. it is your peoples fault. intellectualize yourself.

Posted by nonya | December 20, 2007 6:59 AM

Intellectualize yourself!

BLASTRO.COM PREMIERES “SMELL YO D*CK” VIDEO

NEW YORK, NY (April 22, 2008) - Today Blastro.com premieres the official “Smell Yo D*ck” music video. The song, which has over 330,000 views on YouTube and over 230,000 plays on MySpace, has catapulted Bartow, FL rapper RISKAY to Internet fame.
The video for “Smell Yo D*ck” can be seen exclusively at Blastro.com by clicking here: http://www.blastro.com/player/riskaysmellyodick.html

“Smell Yo D*ck,” which the NEW YORK TIMES raves “…is almost as catchy as the concept” and NEW YORK MAGAZINE claims is “An instant classic,” has spread like wildfire across cyberspace. Blogger Perez Hilton raved about the rapper on his website, posted a video of himself singing the song (which has over 500,000 views on YouTube, http://youtube.com/watch?v=eiA8U8_OXro) and even asked Riskay to perform at his SXSW showcase. Comedian David Cross named the song in his “Top 10 of 2007” list on BrooklynVegan.com and Howard Stern brought the song from computer speakers to stereos when he played the song multiple times on his radio show in February.

The video for “Smell Yo D*ck” was filmed earlier this month in Fort Lauderdale, FL with director Eric Kline (Mariah Carey, Bon Jovi), and features performances by Aviance and Real, who also contribute vocals to the song.
