Travis Morrison - famous for fronting The Dismemberment Plan, and for that infamous zero he got on Pitchfork - is in town. He plays The Knitting Factory with Georgie James (famous for containing a member of Q and not U) and Aqueduct tonight (Nov 15, 2007), and then Union Hall in Brooklyn tomorrow. Travis Morrison Hellfighters released an album called ALL Y’ALL on August 21st. Stream the whole thing. DCist has a lengthy review.

anon 3:30pm, you should be fine. doors are at 8 and i'd expect the first band (probably tmo) on at 9. just get there as soon as you're done with class.
