Is it true that Daft Punk is headlining the Saddle Creek showcase at the Bowery?

Is CMJ going to remain in business until October?! I can't imagine anyone actually reads that crap anymore. Not to mention, any company that exists purely by skimming funds of dopey bands deserves to crumble.

not to mention subscribing to cmj is ridiculously expensive and offers college radio stations next to nothing that we can't otherwise find on these here interwebs.
cmj doesn't seem to serve much of a purpose anymore.
