MC Steinberg does MIA, playing w/ Darren Mabee in NYC

We Are the Seahorses

Although not listed on Cake Shop's website yet, I'm being told that NJ's own MC Steinberg will be performing live @ Cake Shop Sunday night (Dec 23), but that's not all. The band MC Steinberg will be playing with is none other than NJ's other own: WE ARE THE SEAHORSES (aka the band that Darren Mabee plays in) (you know who he is).

In other Steinberg news: he cleverly took that "Paper Planes" rant M.I.A. went on, and made a video out of it.....

these guys were absolutely ridiculous and almost as terrifying. a great show all around. best line:

"i don't see any cake in here all I see is a bunch of cake eaters!"

MC Steinberg & We Are The Seahorses are like polar opposites, but somehow fit perfectly together. Amazing show.
