rabbi David Cross @ Yo La Tengo Hanukkah 2007, night 8
"Ask The Rabbi"....
David Cross was the special comedian guest at Yo La Tengo's eighth of eight Hanukkah shows at Maxwell's in Hoboken last night (Dec 11, 2007). Times New Viking opened. Howard Kaylan of The Turtles was the other special guest.

he was great and made my night for sure...but out of the 6 nights I saw...John Oliver was outright hilarious and the best comedian for sure...

It was total improv. he got asked questions about Judaism...there where some priceless moments...

Did Todd Barry do the same jokes he does every time he opens up for YLT? Did he do the bit about living in Manhattan next to a Polish restaurant while his friends live in Brooklyn? He is funny, but he needs some new jokes.
