As previously mentioned, Natalie Merchant is playing five nights at Hiro Ballroom. Is that good news? I'm not being a jerk, but my initial reaction was that nobody around here would really care. Now I'm not sure. What else?

Oh shit. That was *my* snarky ass post. & now my thinly-veiled (or so I thought) irony has made BV second-guess the whole question of natalie merchant's appeal. I feel kinda bad. She's probably a good lady, and I bet has golden quail eggs for a heart, and makes good cranberry muffins, and warbles softly to her lover at night, etc.
