American headliners for Reading & Leeds

For the first time in the history of the two festivals, all three headliners will be from the United States. While Benn has refused to name the three acts, Rage Against The Machine, Green Day and Foo Fighters are the most likely combination. Outsiders could include My Chemical Romance, The Killers or Kings Of Leon. [Virtual Festivals] (thx Hiro)None of these bands are playing Coachella, although RATM did last year. RATM is also rumored to be playing Vineland.

this adds to the argument that the headliners do not make a festival.

i would not be that excited about those headliners..maybe foos
the headliner only makes up 2 hours of a 10-14 hour festival day. headliners do not matter, you idiot.

I'm sure Killers and Foos can give a great performance, after all their music sound good in big vneues. Maybe even Rage, but the rest? I guess there weren't too many big acts to choose from. That can only mean one thing: Radiohead to Glastonbury!
