Village Voice Pazz & Jop and Idolator Pop Critics Poll
The winners have been announced...

LCD Soundsystem's Sound of Silver topped the Idolator 2007 Idolator Pop Critics Poll, and now it has won the 35th Annual Pazz & Jop Village Voice one as well. Pitchfork had it at number two. I'm an idiot and never posted my list, but when and if I do, it will also be in my top three.
Amy Winehouse was voted "No. 4 & 19 tracks", "No. 5 Artist", and "No. 5 Album" in Idolator's poll. The Village Voice poll has her at 4th best album, and #1 single. I'm not going to lie. I listened to that album a lot too. It just sucks what has happened to her since it came out - including the crack smoking video that just came out, which is being investigated by the police, and which has apparently (hopefully & luckily) also has her back in rehab.
The above art is from Idolator. The Voice cover is below....
