Democracy fever has the Fiery Furnaces swooning. Excess Patriotism has lead to an attempt to truly open up the political-artistic process. Please go stand over in the corner of the Internet next to the album of your choice. Stomp your feet and chant your candidate’s name..........
* The Fiery Furnaces kick off a tour @ Maxwell's
* Black Diamond Heavies & Endless Boogie are @ Knitting Factory
* Wu-Tang Clan play Hammerstein Ballroom again
* Editors and friends @ Terminal 5
* Luke Temple is at Joe's Pub

Yes, because that's what every band should do, just mimic the album. Hell, why play at all. Just play the album and let them lip sync.

I voted for the number pun album. I'd be very happy with a Fiery Furnaces funk record.

Anyone know why http://morrissey-solo.com/ has been offline for the past day or two?

The XYZ Affair at Sound Fix ended with enough time to see The Pierces (with Adam Green on Giddyup) at Mercury. If anyone knows the name of the second to last XYZ Affair song, please post.
Judging on the size of the croed, The Pierces have definitely outgrown Mercury -- and put on a live set that puts their studio work to shame.
