Kaki plays with Marco Benevento this Thurs. at Sullivan Hall. I'm not sure if she's doing her own set or playing with him, either way, the show will be amazing. Billy Martin of MMW plays percussion and Skerik is on Sax.
Major cool amazing musicians.

i think she said she was just sitting in on the set. she's also touring with the foo fighters.

whoa... it would be really cool seeing kaki king interacting with musicians like Marco, Skerik, Calvin Weston and Billy Martin.

She's a guitarist and songwriter, and I suppose she's only "of any importance" in the way that any musician mentioned on this blog is.
