The candlelit church was eerie yet cool. Plus, you could bring your own booze. They were playing to celebrate the publication of Xiu Xiu: The Polaroid Project.

Women make the worst lovers! They're all like "you can't use that hole till there's a ring on this finger!" And I'm all like "Who bought you that cheeseburger, bitch?"

I detest this band PASSIONATELY!

The show was in honor of David Horvitz's new book, Xiu Xiu: The Polaroid Project, which you can get on Amazon if you didn't show.

Jamie & Ches were great, Mary Pearson was interesting but her set was short. All in all it was worth the $8 admission.

There were a couple of cute boys selling books. But the taller one looked taken. :-( My friend was bummed about that.

Oh, and David was there peddling a bunch of hand-made stuffs. I bought like one of everything!!!
