"4" instead of "Four"? Please don't piss me off like that, BV.

She's a cutie!

"'Four'" instead of "'for'"? STFU, Greg.

Dawn is a sweetie, and has been lurking in the background for awhile, despite her youth. I met her playing glockenspiel (and opening for) Hem nearly four years ago, then again playing bass for The King of France. Seek out her vid of getting these old bluegrass guys to cover Peter Bjorn & John's "Young Folks." To top it off, she's a solid studio engineer. She's definitely overdue for a little notice on her own.

The peoples must be spoon fed. ;-)

Ah yes, I remember lending her my tent a few years back. I was confused where I was supposed to sleep, so I slept with Rusty. He snored. Congrats girl.

hey all you hipsters who go apeshit over garbage like excepter and girl talk and whatever shitty dance punk flavor of the week there is take note....this is what it sounds like when you write songs with talent and emotion and no amount of pretension.

ack. even kanye's was better than that. the charm wears off after the first minute mark.

That photo is deceptive. I saw her last night. She looks like Leather Tuscadero now. I liked the tunes though.

boring redneck sound.

Dawn Landes is multi-talented redneck singer/songwriter and she will solder your mouth shut if necessary. In the studio Landes can make your shitty sounding indie rock band more listenable for your myspace page.
Yes, Dawn is also babealicious and superduper sweet.

"She's no Beth-ditto."
ahahahahahahaha INDEED!

Her phenomenal tunesmithing talent is equaled only by the tonnage of platitudes with which she loaded that song "Twilight". GEEzus I need insulin now!
