OK GO....

This Mardi Gras (February 5th), OK Go is releasing You're Not Alone, a five-song digital EP featuring New Orleans brass band Bonerama (as in TROMbone, of which there are four in the band). All proceeds from this project, available exclusively at iTunes, will benefit members of New Orleans' music community. People like R&B legend Al Johnson, who are continuing to struggle to rebuild their homes and lives almost three years after the levy failures that followed Hurricane Katrina, the costliest hurricane in US history and one of the deadliest.

Shudder to Think also recently sorta played a show at Mercury Lounge.

Shudder to Think was brilliant. Hit Liquor was sick. Nina Pearson joined the band for day ditty and an appalacian lullaby. It was great seeing Nathan and Craig rock again.

I'm trying to remember the last song. Was it the Zombies' Time of the Season?

gopster: the setlist says "twboy". that's code for "this will be our year", methinks.

I wish I could have seen this! I'd love to see a reunion of Craig's other band, BABY too. Man they rocked socks.

That looks like so much fun. Was this previously announced? I used to go see them all the time at DC Space and the 9:30 Club when I lived in DC. Hopefully they'll play again soon!
