The Stinkbug Willies played Living Room last night
Concert Joe reports....
I went to the Living Room last night to see my favorite Resident band there Crescent & Frost. I saw on the Blackboard outside > StinkBug Willies, and thought how the Little Willies ( Norah Jones, Jim Campilongo + Richard Julian ) played there sort of secretly, last year when I saw them. I asked the people who worked there if it was them, and they said Yes. They did 2 fantastic sets from 11:26 > 1:39.Alberta Cross played between Crescent & Frost and Stinkbug Willies. Norah Jones is known for playing shows under fake names.

yep, Lee played that show, the one they did a week later (billed as "Topanga Willie Rides"), and again 2 days ago (Mar 31) as part of the Living Room's 16 night-long 10th anniversary celebration.
i wouldn’t worry too much about internal social dynamics affecting the Willies’ future. they’ve all been good friends for about 8 years now and do these shows, when schedules permit, strictly for fun.
in fact, apart from their record release a couple years ago (when they did a festival, 2 late night tv shows & a 4 city mini tour) they really only play about 4 shows a year, a pace they can surely maintain, regardless of who may or may not be dating whom.
