God I hope not. I'd hate to see Land of Talk on The View.

Is this one of those movies where pretty much nothing happens for 90 minutes? If so, would someone please be so kind as to let me know in advance? Thanks.

As I channel surfed this weekend, I noticed a Canadian movie with a young(er) Ellen Page playing on channel 13. I didn't catch its title. Was it this one?

No that was 'Wilby Wonderful'. Kind of cute, a little slow. It was her first feature.

I went to the myspace site. Anyone know the artist responsible for the song "17" ? It's in the end of the trailer, but i can't find it anywhere. BSS? Peaches? The Fembots? Help?

I watched the movie on a film festival a year and a half ago and it was brillant. it was one of my favourite movies of all year. it's brave, stylistically brillant and Ellen Page gives - again - one hell of a performance.

This movie was, in my opinion, brilliant.. Not because of it's story; Which, mind you, was a bit frail...Not because of it's choppy yet sincere dialogue; Which, mind you, was oddly fitting yet oddly out of place....Not because of the astoundingly confusing camerawork and headache inducing angles. But because, all together, it made you feel like Tracey. It really made the movie come to life.
Now....This movie hit too close too home for my tastes. Two months after seeing it I can't get it out of my head. I havem, on multiple occasions, been told (Spare the drooping eyes and large upper lip) that I look considerably like Ellen Page. Not to mention my family situation is similar, and I can relate to the lack of clarrity. I don't know....What can I say? The movie made me feel fragmented, It could be a piece of artistic mastery or worse than Gummo. Idon't know.
