Punk Book of Lists

"We make to-do lists, shopping lists, wish lists...but somehow our lists just don't ROCK. The ones in this new book do....The Official Punk Rock Book of Lists is the handiwork of Handsome Dick Manitoba of the Dictators and Amy Wallace of the original Book of Lists. They're billing this book as "Essential bathroom reading!!!! " but we like it at the breakfast table, actually. We loved learning how about The Pogues got their name and what Mario Batali's favorite pizzas in the world are. (What does that have to do with punk rock? According to this tome, pizza is the MOST punk rock food of all.)" [beatrice]

Having Handsome Dick Manitoba write a book of punk rock lists is like having the dogcatcher of Shitsville KS compose U.S. foreign policy.

"Contributors include rock stars and punk luminaries, from members of Guns N' Roses and the Ramones to Little Steven Van Zandt, Nick Tosches, Lenny Kaye, Debbie Harry, and every other big-name punk from the last 30 years of rock history."

"NYC fans feels snubbed by Siouxsie Sioux"

Hey, "Baby": Boo-fucking-hoo.

Fuck Handsome Dick Manitoba and his litigious bullshit. Dan Snaith is a million times the artist that hack is. First, how the hell is it possible to copyright the name of a Canadian province? Second, how very punk rock of you, Handsome Dick, to send an issue like this to court.

Yes, I'm still upset about this thing that happened like 3-4 years ago...

I should also take some of my meds...

Sean, please take a lethal OD of your meds.

Liars? Setlist?

Liars killed it.

Dan Snaith is a hack. He couldn't handle Handsome Dick and bowed to his every command without issue. Owned.

Re. Siouxsie post:

"It was not a scene be-fitting a lady and it showed a remarkable lack of graciousness or class."

...Said about a "lady" who was once seen at a show topless and wearing a swastika armband.

Tsk, tsk...

"Whatchoo talk 'bout, Eric?"

He was like 1 course short of getting his MBA and joining an accounting firm then he started doing acid w/ Paul Leary and it was all downhill from there...

It's in the book.
