John Vanderslice is now out on tour with Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks. Their first stop together is at First Avenue in Minneapolis tonight, and at the end of the month they hit NYC to play not one, not two, but three sold-out shows together at Bowery Ballroom and Music Hall of Williamsburg, and it’s right around that time that John is also playing his own show at Mercury Lounge with Deer Tick and Cotton Jones Basket Ride.
