Polvo - reunited, 2008 Tour Dates (in the USA)
As previously announced, Polvo are reuniting to play some shows, but now that includes some U.S. tour dates to0....
In May, original members Ash Bowie, Dave Brylawski and Steve Popson will be joined by Brian Quast (ex-Cherry Valence) on drums for some kicking and screaming the '00s wouldn't even know what to do with. Two dates have been confirmed thus far and there are several more to come.The NYC show is June 21st at Bowery Ballroom. Tickets on sale Friday at noon. Other confirmed dates below.....

My band Dr. Powerful will be playing in NYC at the Cake Shop on Friday, April 4.
I don't know who else is playing, we got booked at the last minute. But again, your presence (even one or two of you!) would be so so so appreciated.
For name-dropping purposes, our drummer is the original drummer from NC's Polvo, who are playing a slate of reunion shows this spring without him. We rock harder anyway! Live in the now!

It's not too difficult to figure out who I am. BV has posted stuff on the Night Marchers, Obits, Hot Snakes, so although he/she likes wimpy indie rock, some music choices are good.
