wow, sounds exciting, let's call client 10 to see a cookie cut show that happened a year ago! Need something fresh! It's growing old!!

i dont know if this is considered hating, comment #1, but i did think the last 3/4 of this video was pretty unbearable to watch. i take it this was probably the first time these guys spoke on camera, so i'll give them some slack. to make matters worse, we couldnt hear what he was saying about perez hilton. was it a semen joke? it was probably a semen joke. are there any lip readers reading this blog? anyway, you go, cool kids. pardon me while adjust into my vampireness.

umm...by NPR you meant KEXP right? KEXP organized all the in-studios in cooperation with NPR. Today's line up is going to be just as sick as yesterdays...Yeasayer, Bon Iver and VW played 7-10 songs each, again why KEXP stands alone.

no, I definitely meant NPR.

"This NPR program is sponsored by Pabst Brewing, maker of Pabst Blue Ribbon..."
I'm serious...

Pabst sponsors a lot of NPR programming. They know their demographic better than their demographic knows themselves. That's why I switched to High Life a few years ago. Now that that's trendy, I'm going back to the Black Label 15 packs of my youth.

Oh the irony!

VW will be the Spin Doctors of this decade...("Little Miss Can't Be Wrong")

The Cool Kids suck, Vampire Weekend is decent, why does it matter if they like one another? I'd much rather here was Win Butler has to say about Soulja Boy.

hey shutterbugs, shut the fuck up.
vampire weekend is fun music, of course theyre not good enough for the indie elitists.. but then again, they are on the cover of Spin.

vampire weekend is what is wrong with new york these days, bland chirpy crap... alot of save places to drink and see safe, unchallenging bands...
Posted by moldymind | March 25, 2008 12:40 PM
moldymind is what is wrong with birth control these days. loads that should have been swallowed and subsequently take life so seriously.

Vampire Weekend is probably the worst sounding band I've ever heard. They are really bad at their instruments. How do bands like that even get record contracts???
Posted by Aaron | March 27, 2008 2:46 AM
they should tour with jimmy buffet, they could wear parrot hats and bermuda shorts during their opening set...
Posted by moldymind | March 29, 2008 1:56 PM
wow it's so sad when other artist hate on other artist. it's really uncalled for. vampire weekend for one doesnt suck, if they did why the hell were they on the cover of spin magazine and have a shitload of sold-out shows. i dont think the cools kids have gotten to that level and i dont think they ever will!
