"Los Lonely Boys
Los Lobos

Thursday, August 14, 2008"

How the hell do Los Lonely Boys get billed above Los Lobos?

Posted by Anonymous | April 16, 2008 3:06 PM

If Vampire Weekend wasn't the same night as REM, I'd go to that. I'll definitely go to the Stephen Lynch show.

Posted by Anonymous | April 16, 2008 3:16 PM

not really anything to brag about this year.

Posted by Anonymous | April 16, 2008 4:38 PM

question-

how is the venue? packed? how many people do you think will be at the Vampire Weekend concert, and what time would someone need to get there to have a reasonable view?

also, is the summerstage the venue with the Ampitheater? Or is it just thousands of people standing in Central Park?

Posted by Anonymous | April 16, 2008 7:07 PM

its the amplitheatre...nothing on here looks that great at all except Los Lonely Boys and Stephen Lynch/Mike Birbiglia

Posted by Anonymous | April 16, 2008 8:40 PM

i think we found something worse than APW...oh wait but its free haha

Posted by Anonymous | April 16, 2008 8:40 PM

Um, what happened to the rest of it? Neko Case? Yoko Ono? Annie Lennox? They definitely advertised other artists that are now not in the lineup.

Posted by Anonymous | April 17, 2008 12:47 PM

the national/yeasayer on august 4th. bowery presents. when do tickets go on sale?

Posted by Anonymous | May 15, 2008 11:46 AM

"Um, what happened to the rest of it? Neko Case? Yoko Ono? Annie Lennox? They definitely advertised other artists that are now not in the lineup."

Neko Case was last year I think.
