Coachella webcast - watch Portishead, Hot Chip, Les Savy Fav, The Raconteurs AND JACK JOHNSON...

I don't think the Jack Johnson thing is going to get old at least until this summer's Jack Johnson-heavy festival season is over. Actually it just keeps getting better and better:
Go Backstage with Jack Johnson at Coachella Get a head start on blue room's weekend long live webcast of Coachella. On the morning of April 25th, have breakfast with Jack Johnson LIVE from the grounds of Coachella! You can never have too much Jack Johnson, apparently.

I've just been dumped, so the Saturday night Portishead 12:15am set looks like it's got my name written all over it :(

Man, Animal Collective last night in Philly was very special. They played Panda Bear's Bros and Grass!!! I have been only to three AC shows, and those two songs were quite a treat. It was Avey Tare's 29th birthday.

"have breakfast with Jack Johnson LIVE from the grounds of Coachella! Log on at 11:00am (ET)"
For those in the Eastern time zone, only trustafarians have breakfast at that hour. And though it will be 8:00 AM in the Pacific time zone, everyone who's not fabulously wealthy will be at work or school, or on their way to work or school.
"see Jack take the stage for intimate backstage interviews"
That oxymoron is quite obvious.
Who's the dumbass who wrote that copy?

Rosanna Arquette is doing the backstage pre-band interviews on this thing and it is hilarious. She keeps asking everyone "Could you live without music?". I think they all just want to punch her.

She just asked it again!
That would be a great drinking game...

Rosanna Arquette kissing M.I.A.'s ass is good.

M.I.A. just said that girls in the chicken shop in Bed Stuy are starting to come up to her and be like "Are you MIA?"
Posted by Anonymous | April 26, 2008 11:11 PM
Rosanna Arquette just referred to money as "bread" and asked MIA if she wants to have children.

MGMT could not live without music. Calvin Harris ("the hottest DJ around") could.

Do you have to be in pain to create?
