Studio B's rooftop garden will include retractable glass roof

This May, Studio B will expand to a new full floor rooftop level, featuring an extra large bar area and a full sound system. The coolest thing about the new floor -- Studio B has built a retractable glass roof so that you can take a break from the main room, or relax under the stars, all year round, rain or shine, summer or winter. That's from a press release that was just went about the rooftop and the first show in May. They don't seem too worried.

I remember when Dave Kingman played for the Mariners and kept hitting Studio B's retractable roof with pop ups.

nothing says rock n roll like two old people sharing a glass of iced tea in a green house.

Same owner as The Delancey, right?

Are we totally sure this image is from Studio B? In the image I see 2 mommies over there in the back chatting over a nice brunch and 2 old people, sipping their aforementioned iced teas. The wood patio seems to evoke a suburban backyard oasis not a rooftop rock venue, and to top it all off, what is that in the far background? The ocean? I didn't know we had an unobstructed view of the ocean from the second level of a building in Greenpoint.

Opening an illegal rooftop garden is fun for the whole family. Anytime you're dealing with over 300 people in a PA, you're going to get extra scrutiny. A few complaints and I'll personally guarantee it gets shut down. Remember 475 http://475kent.blogspot.com/

Dear Fire Marshall Bill:
Please shut the fuck up and have some fun for once in your miserable bitchy life.
That's all.
