This is a canadian band and label doing something amazing as well.....

I just have to do it. Digital DIY????? what's this? Have you ever heard of Guelph, Ontario Canada?'s like seattle. amazing music but everyone is so bungled up that they don't know how to get their music out there.
well, Out of Sound Records, a collective that started by releasing handmade records (literally hand crafted) invented something called Digital DIY. There is a video all about it @ the package, not available on itunes (exclusive to canadian outfit comes with a poster and an interactive booklet by the lead singer of this crunchy two-piece.
Then download the record by inputting this code in the downloadcode section Out1133v.

The band Hotkid... the label Out of Sound ( being linked to many great canadian acts such as Wintersleep, elevator to hell (subpop), great lake swimmers and so many more)

The Acorn's new album "Glory Hope Mountain" is absolutely stunning. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing them live.

Ola Podrida, mindblowing or not, will play with The Acorn on the 3rd at Union Hall, not the 4th.
