She's a lot hotter than the music is, that's for sure.
Posted by Anonymous | April 14, 2008 5:01 PM
Hilarious! She does like look like the aforementioned AP reject. Even better, or, more clASSy, is the way the douche-collective is standing around and waiting for some bang action. What a bunch sad fucktards.

I concur! So oh oh many of these bands today seem to skate by with simply looking cute and creating hype on, ahem, lovely music blogs. While I know many new-ish bands today are still playing instruments, it sure sucks that there seems to be a void in bands who really PLAY their instruments when starting young like Sonic Youth, Built To Spill, Tortoise, did/do. Advanced technology can be such a sad cliche.

Clearly tickets were selling so well they had to reduce the prices of this sham.
You don't pay $10, you pay $7 or you don't go.

Saw them open for Vampire Weekend here in Seattle. They sucked, I could hardly wait for them to finish already.

Holy Shit! That mp3 really does sound like some TV spot for gum or something. Good to know my instincts have been right this whole time (the 21st Century). Get back to me when you're not all jerks and nerds.

She looked pretty good at the show last night. So did parts & labor's new guitarist. There weren't that many people there though. Seemed more like a private party than a studio b show.

"So did parts & labor's new guitarist."
They have a new guitarist? I thought they lost their drummer.
I wanted to go, but didn't feel like trekking all the way to Greenpoint when the rest of the lineup is week. Why are P&L always playing these shows?

try googling them, it seems like she just rides off his coattails with everything...lame.
