Is it really worth paying so much money to see MBV when you can catch them a day later at Roseland?
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 1:50 PM
MBV, two nights at Roseland, less than a week after ATP. I feel better about not buying tickets for this now.
Posted by feedbacker | May 6, 2008 1:52 PM
No, it is not worth the money to see MBV when they are playing two nights at Roseland. But it IS worth it to see ATP, which is MBV + 29 other bands.

zik you rule. thanks for posting the info in the first place.

people are retarded if they don't think that ATP fest is worth the $$$. all you hipster fags will be whining when they add some (insert: more) completely rare chance acts/performances...
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 2:08 PM
i don't think people grasp how good silver mt zion are live. there are so many good bands playing atp.
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 2:16 PM
YO LA TENGO too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wahoooo!
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 2:37 PM
Oh, yeah, I'm so glad they got YLT.
What's next?

I have to laugh at Fuck Buttons getting second billing on their poster. Fuck Buttons?! haha, that will be good time to go to the pool...
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 3:02 PM
Are you being snarky anon 3:02 or do the Fuck Buttons suck live?
Their cd is interesting; I was curious about their set.
Does anyone have any comments about some of the more obscure bands of this festival.
What bands are not worth seeing?
Are there any bands that shouldn't be missed?

eh I'm 17 and I'm worried they wont let me in. Theres nothing about age limit.
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 4:11 PM
fuck all that shit. this fest is irrelevant now. and FUCK ATP for being so inept in the goddamn first place with this fest. they woulda fucked me outta my loot if only they were compotent.

Sting just added to bill. He's performing "Dream of the Blue Turtles" in its entirety backed by Telepathe.
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 5:22 PM
In the 2000: Telepathe will curate their own ATP ... in a warehouse in Bushwick with White Williams
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 5:56 PM
this is expensive
Posted by Anonymous | May 6, 2008 6:09 PM
Harmonia. ATP officially delivered with that. Who cares about Thurston Moore or Jay Mascis or whatever when fucking *Kluster* is playing?
Posted by aviatrix | May 7, 2008 9:09 AM
i can only imagine the people who continue to bitch about atp are jealous they won't be going? it's hard to fathom. yes, enjoy mbv at roseland, or are you the same fools saying that they will be terrible at roseland?
