C'mon, Beth. You ARE gorgeous, but really...why be promotional eye candy for the tobacco industry? Yo know better, and I expected better of you tha to shill for the lung cancer lobby.Maybe the ohotogropaher thiought it was just an innocent pop to help the photo look "hip" and "sophiosticated". When we they ever kearn that there's really nothing "hip", cutting edge, sexy or sophisticated about smoking tobacco. All one can claim is that it's very retro; and whilst it may have been chic in the 20's or 30's or 40's or 50's to poser with fag-in-hand, we all know too much about what tobacco really does today. We all know better. Except promoters and artist-photographers. It's 2008, not 1928. More people in the U.S. die each year from tobacco-caused disease than from car accidents and war. Sorry for the lecture, but apparently someone still hasn't got clue bout just how pathetically UN-hip smoking is.
