ok, so i might not be the authority on chipset musics, but i fail to see exactly how CC are accused of stealing. is it because they borrowed lo-bat's sounds? i listened to the 2 songs side-by-side and found little resemblence to the between either tunes. apparently the fuss is about the tonal quality of the 8-bit noises only lo-bat knows how to make. i think it may be only because this genre of music is relatively new (which is probably part of the reason why CC didn't credit lo-bat) but i can't help but feel this is similar to the way hip-hop artists sample soul or jazz artists. Even your favourite guitar driven rock borrow riffs and phrases all the time, let alone the tone of thier instruments (see: black keys, raconteurs, etc.)

The point is: artist steal all the time.

Even picasso said: good artists borrow, great artists steal.

The melody of the two songs are completely different, and until CC blatantly rip-off one of lo-bat's melodies, you have very little backing you up. Also: you're pissed CC is popular. get over it.
