Welsh soul singer Duffy has been dubbed the Princess of Wails by leading US newspaper the Wall Street Journal.The pictures in this post are from the Apollo show last night (May 12, 2008). Duffy also recently played Leno and Coachella. Today she'll be at the Virgin Megastore in Union Square. More Apollo pictures below....The paper says Duffy's concert at the Apollo Theatre in Harlem

I don't understand why British women are so damned fugly. An entire island full of gap-toothed, fugly, pale, gaunt women. gross. American women are much, much prettier and well-proportioned, have better hygiene and better teeth too.

She ain't that bad. More proof British have a ton of more soul than American artists. We have Mariah Carey and a ton of other folks who perform vocal acrobatics and have tricked folks into believing it's R+B. Sad.
