I like the Fiery Furnaces quite a bit, but man, this tracklist and album length calls to mind the wonderful phrase a Pitchfork writer once used to describe the Mars Volta: "piss-soaked indulgence."

a ff live album has been a long time coming, I can't think of a better band playing today in terms of smiles on my face when they freak on their recorded work live.
