Yeah Bowery Ballroom is so much a better place to see a band than union hall and why would you want to miss Vaselines that night. Truthfully Ridiculous.

yeah bowery ballroom is a better venue, but it is nice to get to see the band in a tiny venue before they become super huge.

yeah maxwells is better than southpaw no question but union hall is not really that tiny and bowery ballroom is really not that big. I think when you take all things into consideration with the 2 places including sightlines and sound. The difference in size between Bowery and Union Hall is not that much difference
In this case i believe the best options are
the fleet foxes bowery show and the southpaw vaselines show.

What a waste for this great band. Who wants to be squashed into that awful tiny box and worse off have to walk through that yuppy hell upstairs just to get down there? There are much better intimate spaces for them to play. Anywhere but that dreadful space. What a shame. Thank God for the Bowery show!
