Park Slope 5th Avenue street fair is Sunday (Southpaw, etc)
the Budos Band & burlesque outside Southpaw, May 2007 (more)

It's The 5th Avenue Street Fair! & Southpaw's annual outdoor stage will include the talent of:Union Hall were too busy fighting to plan anything special for the day of the fair, but you can stop by there later at night for Michael Showalter and Eugene Mirman's weekly comedy show (doors at 7:30).
CHIN CHIN (4:30), KOOL DJ KEAR (3:45), THE NOUVELLAS (2:45), KOOL DJ KEAR & LIL' SHALIMAR (2 TO 2:45), MISS FAIRCHILD (1PM), & KOOL DJ KEAR & LIL' SHALIMAR settin' it off at noon)
live music until 6pm...21 and over to drink...
we will be selling beer & water outside of southpaw courtesy of Union Beer. Let's look forword to beautiful weather & good times!

Maybe you should think about shutting down the cheering fans at the NY marathon when it comes through brooklyn too. gosh, loosen up and have a little fun!

i wish the cars would get the fuck out. i was in the slop 10 years ago, before cars ever starting driving here from williamsburg. they dress like idiots.

Wow it's funny, We paid high price rents to get away from bad area's yet still there's assholes everywhere even in park slope. loosen up indeed and enjoy life. It's just a street fair, have fun people. Cars? My Lord there's bigger problems in this crazy world. I'm a brownstone owner and I love park slope.
